A Project Manager for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. The Project Manager leads and executes labeling remediation projects in a regulated medical device environment, ensuring compliance, stakeholder coordination, and timely project delivery through effective project management techniques.

responsibilities:
- Assemble and coordinate project teams.
- Assign individual responsibilities and allocate resources efficiently.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Align stakeholders and team members with project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor and measure project performance using tools and techniques.
- Oversee labeling remediation projects within a regulated medical device environment.
- Ensure labeling deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements.
- Create and manage master labeling plans and schedules.
- Coordinate product labeling updates, including translations if required.
- Drive change management processes from initiation to final verification.
- strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Jira, and MS Project.
- strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in regulatory, project management, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
