A Growing Industrial Packaging Organization in the Warran County area is seeking a Theromoforming Designer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering, Thermoform Plastics or Product Design. CAD/Solidworks proficiency, 3+ years of experience in Thermoform product design or packaging, preferably related to the automotive industry. Offering relocation assistance!

responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual solutions and monitor design schedules for timing requirements
- Design products, wood patterns and plug assist fixtures within process capabilities
- Analyze and mitigate failure modes while developing continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure all the information needed for the design process is obtained in order to accomplish the design expectations
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Thermoform Plastics or Product Design
- Progressive experience in manufacturing product design, preferably related to the automotive packaging industry
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Solid Works software
