A Crisis Leader is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. The Crisis Leader manages supplier performance, mitigates supply chain disruptions, and drives technical assistance to improve struggling suppliers, ensuring seamless operations and delivery in the truck manufacturing industry.

responsibilities:
- Analyze supplier capacity and investment requests.
- Engage actively with suppliers and supply chains.
- Assess supplier weaknesses and provide solutions.
- Monitor high-risk suppliers to prevent operational crises.
- Develop supplier problem-solving techniques.
- Fix and optimize supplier production systems and processes.
- Drive supplier operational excellence.
- Prioritize objectives to ensure crisis prevention.
- Follow company processes, the Code of Conduct, and company values.
- Represent GTP at supplier sites and escalate issues as needed.
