Project Architectural Manager located near Lexington, KY for a growing Architecture firm. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Architectural Project Managers and Estimators.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Must have at least eight (8) years of experience completing architectural designs for commercial and industrial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture & Revit
- Registered Architect (RA), Licensed Architect (LA)

responsibilities:
- Manage entire team of Architectural Project Managers and Estimators.
- Oversee architectural designs using provided drawings and hand sketches
- Prepare strategic plans and serve as primary client liaison.
- Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Estimate fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for projects
- Complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
