A Supply Management Planner is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Cary, NC area. A Supply Management Planner responsible for supplier coordination, material scheduling, cost analysis, inventory control, contract management, and continuous improvement in supply chain operations using SAP, Excel, and PowerBI.

responsibilities:
- Executes supply chain planning activities within a defined framework.
- Investigates supplier incidents and recommends corrective actions.
- Gathers market data on cost drivers, supplier alternatives, and industry trends.
- Assists in reviewing and improving supply chain operations.
- Provides contract performance data for negotiations.
- Develops and enforces strategies and contracts for low-complexity commodities.
- Assists with cost models, make vs. buy studies, and spend analysis.
- Resolves invoice issues and supports supplier validation.
- Planning & Organizing.
- Data Collection & Analysis.

- Procurement & Sourcing.
