We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will perform service operations, including diagnosis, repair, and troubleshooting, ensuring the optimal performance of our premium products. You will set up and calibrate equipment, assist customers with service-related issues, and contribute to process improvements. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
This is an hourly paid role of $30/hr

responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on all premium products and accessories.
- Develop and document standard repair and maintenance procedures in compliance with company and ISO 9001 standards.
- Assist Engineering in system upgrades and new product implementations, providing detailed product feedback for corrective actions.
- Train fellow technicians in the proper use of assembly/test fixtures and product handling.
- Offer troubleshooting support to customers via phone and email, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Solid electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills; proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, signal generators).
- Degree in electronics or prior work experience in a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to internal and external customer needs.
