A Process Engineer is needed for a Swiss multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutrition sectors, in the Portsmouth, NH area. This role provides technical support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, managing process improvements, executing CAPEX projects, and ensuring compliance through documentation and commissioning activities.

responsibilities:
- Develop technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Assist in resolving major equipment breakdowns and quality issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for process equipment design and operation.
- Plan and execute equipment changes and process improvements.
- Perform commissioning activities, including installation, operation, CIP/SIP, and wet testing.
- Conduct engineering reviews and approvals for batch records.
- Initiate and manage Engineering Document Change Requests (EDCRs).
- Author commissioning protocols for equipment and process changes.
- Investigate and implement design modifications for new customer-scale runs.
- Drive or influence change control processes through WorkFront.
- B.S Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-7 years of experience.
