job summary:
A Growing Industrial Packaging Organization in the Warren County area is seeking a Process Technician to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment, setting up and identifying process issues, and have an understanding of OSHA required safety procedures. responsibilities:

• Maintain thermoform machine efficiency at or above 80%
  
  
• Investigate root cause and correct severe process shifts to meet specifications
  
  
• Run meetings with the previous shift's Process Technician to discuss possible issues and start presses for the day
  
  
• Troubleshoot thermoforming and assembly processes to maintain quality and production standards
  
  
• Complete paperwork and provide detailed end-of-shift notes

Requirements:

• 4+ years in the manufacturing environment and some supervisory experience
  
  
• Understanding of thermoforming
  
  
• Knowledge in 5S and Lean Manufacturing
  
  
• Some experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

The essential functions of this role include:
