An Quality Inspector in the Camarillo, CA area is needed for a multinational power management company. This role will perform detailed inspections across multiple disciplines to ensure compliance with quality standards while maintaining accurate records and supporting corrective actions.

responsibilities:
- Review and approve inspection/test data.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and procedures.
- Interface with customer and government source inspection personnel.
- Maintain inspection records per company procedures.
- Generate and assist in corrective and preventive action processes.
- Understand and support the Quality Management System.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Use of basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Basic math and some SPC (Statistical Process Control) data collection.
- Ability to distinguish colors and have correctable vision.
- Familiarity with AS9102 and creating AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- 3-5 years of inspector experience.
