Growing manufacturer is seeking a permanent Manufacturing Engineer. This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Manufacturing Engineer will design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging up to $110K, plus a bonus opportunity and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Assesses and manages waste, plans/implements efficient production lot sizes to minimize raw material scrap and align raw material lot sizes with finished good production quantity
- Effectively manage the full life cycle of operation to include start-up, shutdown, and changeover of extrusion lines
- Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, temperatures, amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials
