In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between remote work and our clients facility in Skaneateles Falls, contributing to the enhancement of our supplier quality and distribution systems.
A hybrid work environment with 50% remote work and 50% on-site.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supplier quality teams to identify and address gaps within supplier quality and distribution systems.
- Analyze production quality data to detect trends or issues, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality system procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Review and disposition nonconforming materials, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Support external regulatory or customer audits, providing necessary documentation and responses.
- High school diploma with 3-4 years quality experience or Associates degree with 1-2 years quality experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in project management and supplier quality.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations or experience in regulated industries.
