A Capital Project Supervisor is needed for a leading water utility in the Destin, FL area. The CapEx Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing complex water and wastewater capital improvement projects. This role involves managing project planning, budgeting, design, and construction from inception to completion while ensuring regulatory and contract compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to managing multiple capital projects and staff performance.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant project management experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and possess or obtain a project management certification or Professional Engineering license within the first year of employment. strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
