A Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Rockville, MD area. This role performs equipment setup, process operations, monitoring, and documentation in a sterile environment while ensuring safety, compliance, and teamwork in a 24/7 production setting.

responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, pasteurize, filter, and deliver media/solutions for cell culture and purification.
- Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment.
- Perform sampling using analytical instruments to assess cell culture, solution, and product characteristics.
- Monitor and trend process operations, equipment, and instruments to identify and address issues proactively.
- Set up fixed and mobile processing equipment and parts using CIP skids for cleaning and sterilization.
- Maintain good documentation practices and ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to all safety policies and identify/correct unsafe conditions.
- Knowledge and application of standard ERP processes in M-ERP following global and local procedures.
- Understanding of the company Production System continuous improvement system and apply the Production System mindsets and behaviors.
- Knowledge and skill required to manage and use automation and emerging digital platforms.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to be trained or prior relevant experience.
