Our client is looking to add a Construction Superintendent to their team for a project located in the San Francisco CA area. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity, however can be extended if willing to work on other projects in the surrounding areas. The Superintendent will oversee all field activities for self-performed and subcontractor work, coordinating and managing employees, union workers, and subcontractors. The superintendent will interface directly with the owner or end user on these projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in occupied facilities doing general tenant improvements on projects up to 50M

responsibilities:
- Ensures conformance with Safety requirements
- Acts as the onsite Safety Officer in conformance with the Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP)
- Drive the execution of and complete the work
- Leads the weekly scheduling efforts
- Ensures Quality meets the expectations described in the Contract Documents
- Ensures understanding of Project Requirements at every stage of the project
- Work collaboratively with Subcontractors
- Lead scope review, preconstruction, and pre-install meetings
