A Mechanical Drafter is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Atlanta, GA area. This Mechanical Drafter conveyor designs, estimate costs, and assist with equipment maintenance, compliance training, and project management to ensure facility safety and efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Assist in determining corrective actions for damaged/worn equipment based on breakdown history and discussions with operations.
- Oversee the protection of physical assets, facility maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient facility.
- Dispatch and supervise outside housekeeping vendors through physical inspections to ensure quality work.
- Participate in environmental audits.
- Provide compliance training under supervision.
- Draft feasibility studies and assist with management projects as needed.
- Proficient with Autodesk or SolidWorks (2D and 3D design).
- strong attention to detail with the ability to balance "big picture" concepts and detailed tasks.
- Project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Project or Excel.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Outlook).
