Electrical Project Manager needed for an immediate direct hire opportunity in the Woburn, MA area.
The ideal candidate will be Massachusetts-licensed electrician (journeyman OK) with at least 4 years of electrical project management or Lead experience.
The key successes for this role will include overseeing the field and design work, managing teams, as well as ensuring that projects stay on schedule and budget.
Other key attributes for this position are expertise in planning, scheduling, problem-solving, and having proven communication skills.
Must be able to work independently.

- Oversee field and design work, including system sizing and electrical design.
- Interpret contracts, drawings, permits, and other construction documents.
- Supervise field team, providing guidance and answering project-related queries.
- Plan, schedule, and negotiate project timelines and tasks.
- Prepare job cost reports, analyzing expenses against the budget.
- Work independently, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide creative solutions through innovative problem-solving.
- Excel under pressure, meeting project deadlines.
- Foster relationships with colleagues and clients.
