A Senior Pipeline Integrity Engineer is needed for a leading EPC organization. The Senior Pipeline Integrity Engineer will oversee and execute pipeline integrity assessments and consulting services for clients across the U.S. This role involves leading projects of varying complexity, from small utility distribution programs to large-scale transmission integrity assessments. The engineer will collaborate closely with pipeline design and GIS teams and have opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in pipeline integrity, a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program, and knowledge of 49 CFR Part 192 and ASME B31.8S standards. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Relocation is available from qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Lead execution of pipeline integrity engineering and assessments, including risk modeling and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee hydrostatic testing, material property verification, and pipeline integrity management programs (TIMP, DIMP, SIMP).
- Manage in-line inspection (ILI) assessments, class location studies, and external/internal corrosion direct assessments.
- Prepare proposals, develop scopes of work, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior engineers.
- Support business development efforts and stay current with industry regulations and standards.
