This role plays a key part in enhancing manufacturing preparation for new model introductions through the use of advanced digital tools and simulations.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree or CAD-related Degree
- AutoCAD, Catia, SolidWorks, and/or Inventor.
- Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and drafting techniques.
- Background in 3D printing and 3D scanning technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including potential trips to Japan.
- FEA, CAD, or 3D modeling/simulation certifications.

responsibilities:
- Support digital manufacturing efforts by utilizing tools such as FEA, Navisworks, Inventor, Catia, Terrace, 3D printing, 3D scanning, and digital environment simulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams
- Assist in project planning for upcoming model changes
- Conduct simultaneous engineering and data management studies for vehicle assembly
- Perform 3D studies, simulations, FEA analysis, layout updates, and 3D assembly management
