A Maintenance Planner is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company. Remote work. This role will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using SAP and CMMS, ensuring alignment with project timelines, equipment requirements, and budget constraints.

responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule maintenance work using the SAP module in the Automated Maintenance Management (AMM) system.
- Maintain the Maintenance Management System and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
- Create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for associated equipment.
- Work closely with maintenance technicians and floor staff to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Maintenance library of project files, manuals, drawings, and catalogs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Review and ensure accuracy of parts lists, stocking levels, and critical spares for current and new equipment.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Provide regular reports and updates on maintenance and project activities to management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial plant maintenance using SAP.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments.
