A Senior Electrical Product Quality Leader is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. The Senior Product Quality Leader, Electrical, responsible for overseeing quality assurance efforts, analyzing Diagnostic Trouble Codes, and ensuring customer satisfaction by leading quality actions across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.

responsibilities:
- Detect and quantify customer quality issues early through enhanced analytics.
- Prioritize quality actions for electrical components to meet quality targets.
- Lead analysis and reporting of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), identify patterns, and ensure appropriate quality-solving methods.
- Search for rapid containment actions and recommend appropriate problem-solving tools.
- Coordinate and prioritize quality actions across design engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.
- Communicate findings and quality investigations effectively through written and oral reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented quality solutions.
- Request external campaigns and present technical descriptions to the External Campaign Committee.
- Identify and communicate potential safety-related issues to the Safety Investigator.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Dependability, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in aftermarket support and activities.
