A custom label printer and fabricator of Pre-Press printing products located in Shelton, CT is looking for a CAD/Prepress Associate to join their team. This is a full-time position, fully on-site from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proficiency with computers using Adobe products (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of Autocad and Fusion 360, Solidworks, or a similar 3d modeling tool.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on skills with digital presses and die cutters

responsibilities:
- Edit, prepare, create, and troubleshoot customer artwork.
- Accurately read customer specifications and job orders to ensure customer expectations are met & quality product delivered.
- Quality checking orders to ensure artwork and content meets customer specifications.
- Provide proofs as requested to customers.
- Balance multiple priorities in the Pre-Press area to provide production with necessary order processing items necessary to accurately & effectively deliver products to customers.
- Run and maintain various digital presses and cutters
