In this role, you will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Field Application Scientists, and Technical Support teams, playing a key part in improving the end-user experience and optimizing team efficiency through the implementation of effective strategies, processes, and systems.

Required:
- time management and ability to prioritize multiple workflows
- Bachelor's Degree required, MS in Science/Engineering or Business preferred
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Tableau
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Salesforce and ServiceMax strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience working with a Service Organization preferred

responsibilities:
- Build relationships and act as a business partner to both the Global Service Operations and AMR Service and Support teams.
- Lead initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Service and Support team.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify key business trends and insights.
- Represent the Voice of the Field (VoF) by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process improvements that enhance employee experience.
- Analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) survey data to uncover trends and key drivers of customer satisfaction.
- Manage high-priority and time-sensitive escalations from Field Service Engineers, ensuring appropriate field personnel are dispatched to customer sites.
- Effectively communicate complex topics concisely and clearly at an executive level.
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
