Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Project Engineer.
This position will be located at the headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD. This is a full time position with a hybrid schedule. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of commercial communication systems experience with specific knowledge of LEO constellation satellite operations.
Company is willing to offer relocation assistance for candidates that are not local.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing teams to ensure all requirements are met
- Establish and monitor project specifications and objectives
- Participate in design review and analysis
- Oversee manufacturing plan and processes
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- 15+ years of engineering development of commercial communication systems
- Experience in LEO constellation satellite operations
- Experience with cellular 3G/4G/5G
