A CSR Materials Administrator is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Lenexa, KS area. The CSR Materials Administrator is responsible for processing incoming goods, managing returns, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient material handling and compliance.

responsibilities:
- Process daily incoming goods and returns in the Repair Center database and ERP systems.
- Identify, log, and track items with discrepancies (e.g., missing paperwork, part/serial number issues, RO discrepancies).
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers regarding product returns, repairs, and receiving issues.
- Maintain delivery records for received products.
- Manage RAI activity, including logging and tracking of AWBs and dates.
- Provide daily reports on key metrics such as units in grief, new units, cleared units, and top customer statuses.
- Control and track units in grief, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform general housekeeping and organize the work area daily.
- File or scan all related paperwork to process and close out repairs according to company procedures.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and preferably PowerPoint and Teams.
- strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with customer service, receiving/shipping teams, and MRO leadership.
- Prior experience in materials handling or customer service roles.
- High School Diploma or AA/AS degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- In the absence of a diploma, 4+ years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
