As a Project Lead, Sustaining Engineer, you will take charge of cross-functional teams to drive projects that enhance product features, improve customer satisfaction, meet new regulatory standards, and reduce costs. This role requires a proactive and organized leader who can navigate complex challenges and ensure seamless project execution. responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation.
- Manage product modifications to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Oversee design changes and integrate them into production.
- Direct internal and external team members to meet project objectives.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide status updates and effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field.
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
