In this role your focus will be in safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental science to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, while collaborating with site management, mentoring staff, and ensuring site compliance.

Required:
- BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, Environmental, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment involving hazardous chemicals and gases.
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective procedural and system solutions for managing safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental issues, including chemical/gas safety, industrial hygiene monitoring, hazardous waste disposal, exhaust ventilation, laser safety, and process safety.
- computer and data management skills: web-based applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, etc.
- Knowleadge of air pollution abatement, Federal and CA hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment and other regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of chemicals and gases used in semiconductor processes to include the potential hazardous effects of exposure and corresponding best practices to minimize those hazards

- Maintain safety and environmental standards based on risk/hazard analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA VPP).
- Collaborate as a key member of the site leadership team, providing HSE guidance, technical support, and coordinating activities and processes.
- Lead or provide safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental input during the specification, design, build, and launch of new processes and procedures.
- Work with other client HSE sites and regions to enhance overall performance in North America.
