Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of veterinary products, is looking for a Senior Process Engineer. Key qualifications include a minimum of five years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, and experience with process optimization, scale-up, and validation techniques. A bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or a relevant field is required.

responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Lead process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency through data analysis and statistical tools like Minitab or Jump.
Provide technical expertise in scaling up processes from development to commercial production, including process validation and troubleshooting.
Develop and manage process documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and process control documents, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Mentor junior engineers, collaborate across departments, and maintain focus on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in all process engineering activities.
