We have an upcomming need for a Production Manager in Doraville, GA, to lead and manage a team of 30, including welders, fabricators, painters, and assemblers. In this hands-on role, you will optimize MRP systems, develop structured production plans, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Prior experience in a small to mid-size manufacturing company is required.

- Lead and manage a team of welders, fabricators, painters, and assemblers to achieve production targets.
- Implement and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to streamline workflow and reduce waste.
- Provide hands-on support in production when necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Develop and enforce structured production plans to prevent last-minute adjustments and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all production processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize production schedules and resolve technical challenges.
