The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician and previous experience as a Lead Electrician or Electrical foreperson. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 20 electricians and apprentices, ensuring efficient and effective workflow on projects. An OSHA 10/30 certification is required.

responsibilities:
- Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Journeyman, demonstrating the ability to perform electrical work independently.
- Communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with clients, internal team members, peers, and all levels of management.
- Demonstrates reliability and a commitment to working at least 40 hours per week to meet project demands.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and general contractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Professionally address any challenges or changes that arise during the course of the project, offering well-thought-out resolutions to minimize impacts on production.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and local electrical codes to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise and manage a team of 5-20 electricians and apprentices, ensuring a productive and efficient workflow on-site.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment while mentoring and coaching electrical apprentices and team members to promote skill development and teamwork.
