responsibilities:

Create technical drawings with company branding to ensure control over part revisions.

Develop drawings compatible with laser post-processor software for production.

Design and modify blanks to meet customer specifications.

Input bills of materials and routing sequences into production folders as part of the contract review process.

Develop and design manufacturing cells, work instructions, and industry standards.

Conduct time studies to optimize efficiency and workflow.

Monitor new, revised, or existing programs from inception to production, including new product launches and shop floor projects.

Assist in developing and improving current and new manufacturing processes.

Work closely with customers to resolve engineering and estimating issues while providing design support for new projects.
