We are seeking a talented Packaging Engineer to support the design and development of medical device packaging solutions. This is a Hybrid role.

2 days work from home & 3 days on-site.

responsibilities:

Design and develop product and accessory packaging solutions to meet compliance and product integrity standards.

Conduct root cause analysis for product damage during shipping and implement corrective actions.

Develop verification and validation plans for new packaging designs.

Prepare product risk documentation, DFMEA, and cost estimates.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal teams.

Implement design changes using established product release processes.



Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in packaging science or a technical degree with 5+ years of packaging design experience.
  
  
  
  
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects.
  
  
  
  
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  

Skills Needed:

• Experience with root cause analysis tools (5-why, fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts).
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in Solid Edge and other design software.
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of product risk documentation and testing requirements.
