Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in packaging science or a technical degree with 5+ years of packaging design experience.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (5-why, fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts).
- Proficiency in Solid Edge and other design software.
- Knowledge of product risk documentation and testing requirements.
