A Test Technician is needed for a major U.S. defense contractor and industrial corporation with core manufacturing concentrations in weapons and military and commercial electronics in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role will perform reliability analysis, develop test plans, and conduct ESS and vibration testing to ensure product reliability and performance.

responsibilities:
- Conduct and analyze technical reliability studies.
- Develop and assess reliability test plans.
- Recommend design modifications or test methods to meet reliability standards.
- Suggest statistical process control procedures to maintain product reliability.
- Compile and analyze performance data.
- Provide insights to improve product design and reliability.
- Perform Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and vibration testing to ensure product durability.
