Global manufacturer is seeking a remote Technical Sales Representative for a U.S. position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technical sales experience in a consultative sales role. This position requires about 50% U.S. travel. Solution selling and chemical background a plus.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the furture.

responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet company sales goals within the US Markets
- Collaborate with business development, sales and marketing colleagues on market awareness programs, lead generation, opportunity qualification and solution proposals
- Work with customers and prospects to understand objectives, workflow, technical requirements, issues and make recommendations for a path forward
- Develop and deliver professional customer-focused sales communications, presentations, proposals and other resources in collaboration with other internal resources
- Bachelor's degree required, technical degree like chemical or engineering a plus
- At least 3-5 years in technical sales required. This is a business development position.
- Ability to positively and efficiently impact and influence others
- Problem solver with the ability to assess opportunities and risks and make sound decisions
- Willingness to travel as needed for no more than a week at a time
