A Field Operations Associate for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Bloomfield, CT area. This role is responsible for managing product distribution, delivery, inventory tracking, and customer service while maintaining delivery vehicle records and addressing customer inquiries.

responsibilities:
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct warehouse inventory cycle counts and optimize utilization.
- Prepare, ship, receive, and schedule product delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup/return of loaner sets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Field and address customer complaints, escalating as needed.
- Create and review delivery and pickup lists.
- Load, unload, and arrange merchandise for transport and customer locations.
- Perform and/or schedule regular maintenance on delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records and report major repair needs.
- Required High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience.
