Overtime Available: 10-15 hours

responsibilities:
- Perform general preventative maintenance and repair manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Diagnosed and troubleshot mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
- Provide work leadership and technical guidance to junior maintenance mechanics.
- May involve electrical system repairs and control fixes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in machine/tool repair and maintenance.
- Journeyman's card or technical diploma preferred.
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, rotary presses, punch presses, and press brakes.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with PLC controls and computer-controlled equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints.
