job summary:
Join a world-class renewable energy company as a HSE Advisor supporting a large Wind Farm project. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting a culture of quality health, safety, and environmental excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting site teams.

As a HSE Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert guidance on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal requirements
  
  
  
  
• Lead risk management initiatives, inspections, incident investigations, and reporting
  
  
  
  
• Support development and implementation of company HSE systems and procedures
  
  
  
  
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HAZID/HAZOP workshops
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safety excellence
  
  

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3-5+ years of HSE experience, ideally in the energy, wind, or industrial sectors
  
  
  
  
• A technical background and relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, CSP, or similar certifications preferred)
  
  
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience managing contractor safety
  
  

This role will include travel to different sites in McIntosh and Logan counties and is a hybrid position.
