Join a world-class renewable energy company as a HSE Advisor supporting a large Wind Farm project. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting a culture of quality health, safety, and environmental excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting site teams.
As a HSE Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert guidance on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal requirements
- Lead risk management initiatives, inspections, incident investigations, and reporting
- Support development and implementation of company HSE systems and procedures
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HAZID/HAZOP workshops
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safety excellence
- 3-5+ years of HSE experience, ideally in the energy, wind, or industrial sectors
- A technical background and relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, CSP, or similar certifications preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience managing contractor safety
