responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the co-location data center cooling industry.
- Develop strategic roadmaps focusing on cost, scalability, and energy efficiency.
- Advise on the design and integration of advanced cooling systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
- Develop strategies to enhance equipment reliability and operational availability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (BOCA, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, ASHRAE).
- 10+ years of experience in data center infrastructure solutions, with a focus on cooling systems.
- Solid expertise in product development and system design for data centers.
- Proven ability to balance cost, quality, and reliability in complex designs.
- Deep knowledge of engineering and construction drawings and global building codes.
- 15+ years of engineering experience in data center design or construction.
- Hands-on experience in hyperscale and co-location data center operations.
- Certifications such as ASHRAE or CDCDP preferred.
