Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience with CNC or mechanical spring coiling machines, knowledge of various spring types and sizes (compression, extension, torsion), and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. An associate's degree or higher is required. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

- Perform complex engineering tests, analyze results, and implement changes.
- Develop and assemble mechanical components for industrial and power equipment.

- Maintain documentation, software, and equipment to the latest specifications.
- Train technicians and operators on products, processes, and equipment.
