A client in thermal imaging systems located in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Support Engineer who will work with cross-funcational teams including engineering, production, and business development. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of thermal imaging technology, infrared optics, electro-optical sensors and is able to present, negoitate, and build client relationships. This position is a full time and direct hire role!

responsibilities:
Technical Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales Manager in complex technical discussions with manufacuters.
- Provide experience guidance on the integration of thermal camera modules into various weapon plateforms.
- Support in the preparation of technical presentations, whitepapers, and demonstrations.
- Act as the primary technical liasion between customers, sales manager, and internal product teams.
- Address customer inquiries, technical concerns, and integreation challenges related to thermal imaging systems.
- Participate in customer meetings, defense trade shows, and field demostrations to support the sales process.
- Work closely with R&D and engineering team
- Ensure pre-compliance with military and defense standards for thermal camera modules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and envolving military requirements.
- Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and bid proposals for defense contracts.
- Reciew and validate technical specifications to align with customer needs.
- Support sales documentation, including system integration guides and operational manuals.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support during and after product delievery.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of thermal camera modules.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance product performance and reliability.
