A Manufacturing Support Associate for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Salt Lake City, UT area. This role involves working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, assembling and inspecting medical devices, following strict quality and safety standards, collaborating with a team, and supporting continuous process improvements.

responsibilities:
- Work in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanroom standards per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure product quality and adhere to manufacturing process requirements.
- Build products by following certified processes and meeting manufacturing goals.
- Accurately record information on shop floor paperwork and maintain records.
- Follow Hour by Hour and Kanban system instructions independently.
- Rotate job tasks as needed and work well with team members.
- Understand and apply 6S principles for work areas.
- Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices.
- Prior experience in cleanroom or medical device manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to communicate problems/issues verbally and in writing in English.
- Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, and policies.
- Comfortable working with measuring devices.
- Basic computer skills (email, calendar, database, and online training).
