responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3 plus years of experience in metal stamping or a related manufacturing process; experience in powder coating is desirable
- Proficient in metal stamping technologies, tooling design, and material properties
- Skilled in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Familiarity with ERP systems
