The Meltshop Supervisor, near Columbus, OH is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the meltshop, ensuring efficient and safe production. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of the production team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving production targets.

- Oversee the meltshop operations, including managing and directing staff during all stages of production
- Coordinate and develop continuous improvement, efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety policies, industry standards
- Supervise, train, and develop production team members, providing guidance and support
- Vendor negation and special projects
