responsibilities:
- Support company across diverse market segments.
- Collaborate with Sr. Business Development Manager and Customer Service Representative.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including product selection, installation assistance (electrical, mechanical, thermal), and troubleshooting.
- Communicate technology and product positioning to both technical and business audiences.
- Drive business development through direct customer interactions and channel partners.
- Capture customer system requirements and liaise with Product Line Engineers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Review customer schematics and respond to inquiries (phone/email).
- Conduct customer visits (30-50% travel), technical seminars, and product training for reps.
- Assist with product evaluations and generate application notes as needed.
