Construction Project Coordinator - Construction Supervisor is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in the San Antonio, TX area. The Construction Coordinator will lead and manage equipment installations, relocations, and demolitions. This role ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget by coordinating construction activities, managing contractors, and maintaining site safety. Previous experience overseeing skilled trades Ironworkers, Millwrights, Electricians, and Pipe Fitter experience a plus.
The ideal candidate has experience in construction project management with a strong background in coordinating large-scale, schedule-driven projects. Candidates should have mechanical knowledge of large machinery, basic electrical understanding, and experience managing contractor performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD is essential. A BS in Engineering is preferred but not required with the right experience.
