responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, driving safety 1st culture
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule all routine and preventive maintenance activities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, providing solutions
- Monitor the condition of mechanical equipment and machinery to identify potential problems and recommend or initiate corrective actions before failures occur.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, parts usage, and work orders.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address any mechanical-related issues
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the maintenance processes to enhance operational efficiency
