A Project Coordinator is needed for a company that produces electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings in the Marinette, WI area. The Project Coordinator role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of project requirements, and continuously improving project management processes through effective communication, risk assessment, and collaboration.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
- Individually manage multiple projects within a dynamic commercial environment.
- Submit project deliverables and prepare status reports.
- Establish effective project communication plans.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the project management process.
- Gather information, assess risks, and make decisions to support or manage projects effectively.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and drive continual learning.
- Understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practices.
- Assume positive intent and collaborate to mitigate the likelihood of process errors reoccurring.
- Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project-based environment.
- Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
- Familiarity with SAP Project Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of lean methodologies.
