In this role you will perform all installation, repair, preventaive required maintenance for inhouse equipment and utility systems.

Required:
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 years in building and mechanical equipment maintenance
- experience calibrating and repairing pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems
- HVAC system maintenance
- light electrical systems
- Leading a team is highly sought after

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain all in-house equipment and utility systems.
- Perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance on equipment and utility systems.
- Handle installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of in-house systems.
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues, determining appropriate repair solutions.
- Calibrate and repair pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for building equipment maintenance.
- Keep records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Ensure a safe work environment and comply with OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
