Immediate Permanent Position for a PLC / Industrial Controls Engineer/Technician with at least 5 years of experience and a desire to support customers via phone troubleshooting, training sessions, and documentation. The position is located in Northern Alpharetta, GA. The ideal Industrial Controls Support Specialist will have hands-on experience with AC Servo, Variable Frequency Drives, and Stepper Systems. Experience with PLC programming, HMI Programming, and Networking solutions (Industrial Ethernet, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, or the like) are highly desired.
Must-Have:
- Technical Degree with 5 years' experience troubleshooting PLC's, Servo Motors, VFD's and HMI's
- Desire to provide phone support to troubleshoot customer issues.

- There is NO travel involved in this position - no visiting customer sites, overnight or weekend work!
- Serves customers by troubleshooting issues and answering technical pre-sales questions received via, phone and email.
- Utilizes knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, Communications devices, Drives/Motors/Motion controllers, Process/Fluid Power, Power Distribution and Industrial Components.
