A Test Rig Operator is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This role involves conducting and validating testing activities, optimizing test efficiency, generating engineering data, and independently managing tasks while ensuring compliance with operational requirements.

responsibilities:
- Prepare, perform, and validate testing activities.
- Ensure all tests are conducted efficiently and results are validated.
- Minimize installation time and optimize test cycle efficiency in test cells.
- Generate useful data for engineering analysis and follow-up activities.
- Track and establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in test facilities.
- Apply practical knowledge gained through education and work experience.
- Work independently, taking the lead on assigned tasks and planning effectively.
- Engage proactively in learning and professional development.
- Strengthen expertise in the primary discipline while gaining broader technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate potential for long-term professional growth.
