Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Electronic Test Engineer. This position is located near Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The Electronic Test Engineer will responsible for developing and executing engineering production test plans for PCB assemblies, developing test fixtures, writing test scripts, and troubleshooting issues with test equipment.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging up to $125K plus other benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engineering production test plans for printed circuit board assemblies.
- Develop test fixtures, circuits, and process documentation required to execute production test plans.
- Participate with Engineering in design reviews of printed circuit boards, electro-mechanical assemblies, and the creation of test programs to verify performance and specifications.
- Perform data analysis and drive process improvement associated with the production test process including yield improvements, test time reduction, and test cost reduction.
